I sent this on 13th April 2023 to Legacy Optivo (Customer Services) our new lift is meant to be put in, in May 2023 after being 'delayed' (delayed in this instance means not started to build it at all yet) from December 2022. To date I've not heard back and it's May on Monday -nice one 😬
