Reception have been looking at perseverance in our picture news today. We also spoke about the British value individual liberty and spoke about the choices we make in class such as what activities we want to do and what book we would like to read at the end of the day.

At snack time we looked at the picture news and talked all about perseverance and the goals that we would like to pursue 🙏

Can you learn to persevere? Here's what 5K think for Picture News

In picture news this week we have looked at the story of Jasmin Paris. We thought that she must feel very tired after completing the Barkley Marathons in 60 hours (with only 100 seconds left)! This was her third attempt so we also thought she would also feel proud!

We are doing so well learning how to use running stitch! We have shown such great perseverance (which we had just learnt about in our Picture News story for this week) 🪡
