What sort of change did we have in cycling infrastructure between 2012 and 2022?

I would say minimal compared to the increase in services since 2020. The chart therefore is largely irrelevant as without infrastructure in place you won't see a modal shift

Physically protected bikelane is SAFE & enjoyable. Painted lines between parked cars and moving ones is NOT SAFE; painted on 50Km streets is NOT. Btw, paint is NOT infrastructure. #Cities4Everyone
