IMCrit Number two is the big one there for me, as far as I’m concerned, if you are using inhaled or intravenous pulmonary vasodilators you need to be either having a PAcatheter in place or be doing a heck of a lot of TRV max and vti measurements. Otherwise it’s blind nonsense.
