Our Year 2 artists have been exploring the work of pop artist Roy Lichtenstein. They have created their own bold pieces of art using acrylic paint and used pens to outline in the same style. They added 3D planes to make their art come to life! ✈️ 🖌️

Y2 welcomed local aviation expert Brian to discuss our estate’s incredible history, linking to their enquiry ‘What is the history of the streets beneath our feet?’
The children shared their knowledge and Brian gave us insider info on all things planes, engines and pilots! ✈️🪁

We had a fantastic day on Friday raising money for Comic Relief #RedNoseDay2024 . The children across school turned up in force, dressed in red and we raised over £200. #Makeeverydaycount
