@Humpty0117 Nancy Pelosi Some do, but they are home getting paid, even during summer vac. The parents who still have to go to work and have no teaching training are now expected do their job. And the teachers I know are not sitting home 8 hrs. a day teaching.

@Humpty0117 Nancy Pelosi Sorry for your plight. Actually, I have 3 at home, 13, 9 and 7. Try teaching all 3 at the same time with different curriculums. As you stated, you are not sitting there 8 hrs. a day working but are getting paid for a full day and the teachers I know collect a paycheck ALL YEAR.
