Welsh onshore, and offshore #renewables must as a planning requirement, direct profit the community where they are sited, and Wales as a whole.

It was fantastic to join IWA's roundtable to discuss achieving a fair transition to net zero. Great people with great discussions. Key take away- HA's have a big part to play in decarbonisation but we can't do it alone. We need a joined-up approach with all sectors.

Very sad news. David made a huge impact with decades in the political arena. He & his wife, Judith, made a great contribution to Institute of Welsh Affairs when I was there & I have been lucky enough to see them both on occasion since. Sending my condolences to Judith & family.
