As someone who lives with MS I am so grateful that my body allows me to run. I would like to raise money for research that will keep me that way for as long as possible and for those who aren’t so lucky, Times are tough but any donations are much appreciated.

On Saturday I’m running around the 14 miles of Coniston Lake to raise funds for for St Rocco's Hospice in memory of Frank Hawley.

Huge congratulations to Rugby League referee Liam Rush, who will become Super League referee number 52 this weekend when he takes charge of London Broncos v Warrington Wolves at the Cherry Red Records Stadium. 🎉👏

Get on it, even if you don’t end up refereeing it will improve your knowledge of the laws of the game. 👏👏👍👍

The arsenal manager says “mistakes are part of football” in regard to his goalkeeper’s blunder that cost a goal. He seems to feel differently about mistakes made by match officials. How strange.
