Huge numbers of adults are still affected by this adverse childhood experience. Early interventions for children are vital. There are none. Exposure to this ACE is often accompanied by others i.e. domestic abuse, poverty, neglect…The harm is hidden- still haunts in adulthood.

Very pleased to note the consideration of Operation Encompass. World Class Policing Winner in Q4 2024. This is a straightforward, well evidenced proposal to provide immediate support to children traumatised by domestic violence, often fuelled by alcohol.
