‘Challenging Colonial Legacies and Contemporary Racism’ panel Ulster University eloquently laying out a challenge to heritage professionals to embed activism in their work, to share research and provide access.

It's a big day - Arts Minister Catherine Martin has announced a funding allocation of €600,000 to the Museum's redevelopment. It includes upgrades to the visitor experience and universal access. The museum has also secured funding from Fáilte Ireland to undertake capital works.

Thought-provoking international case studies, including colonial legacy and reparation in Canada, Australia, UK & Ireland, being presented at Ulster University’s Critical Heritage, Activism & Social Change conference.

The Heritage Council's Heritage Organisation Support Fund is now OPEN for applications. The scheme supports not-for-profit, non-governmental organisations working in the heritage sector in Ireland by providing funding towards their core costs.
