Fascinating case in GIE of a 63 year old with Covid pneumonia and diarrhoea. Colonoscopy showed pan-colitis mimicking IBD, however, biopsies were positive for nucleocapsid and spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, consistent with Covid-19 colitis.
