Great work as usual by Jonathan Li and matches @rheumcovid data. Longest viral shedding found in transplant/cancer patients, then in those on B cell-depleting therapy/B cell deficiency. TNFi show similar shedding to non-immunocompromised ⬇️.

I just pulled this study from the RISE registry in Seminars in Arthritis and Rheumatism for my group's physician quality project showing only 44.8% of patients had HBV testing prior to bDMARD or tsDMARD therapy.
