Where is our lovely Sangita Myska?
If her LBC bosses thought we won't notice she's missing they are wrong and this shows they are not reading the room.
Sangita is a breath of fresh air and isn't afraid to ask challenging questions - that's the traits of a fantastic journalist ❤️

'If you want to declare that Rwanda will always be a safe country...and then you don't know the geography, it's embarrassing isn't it?'

After Chris Philp's blunder, @MattFrei questions Tory peer Lord Robathan and mediates his debate with human rights lawyer Jacqueline (Jacqui) Mckenzie.

Trying to show the as benevolent, Home Secretary tells Telegraph that Rwanda needs migrants because it is
“slightly underpopulated” due to the genocide.

Rwanda is the 2nd most densely populated country in Africa at 440 km².

Govt def in need of a geography workshop.

The Drax's were compensated in 1833 to the sum of £4K+ (£3 mil in today's money). Interestingly, the compensation was for the loss of the use of enslaved Africans & not the land? But how did the Drax's acquire this land? Is there a receipt or legal title?

This, that some in govt thought/hoped might fail thus providing a rod for Labour's back, makes sense.

Govt prob shocked to have to now deliver a scheme, not about deterrence, reducing asylum seekers nos & boats, but about virtue signaling

Interesting case.

Of course, the real reason 3 WLLR recs were dropped was because 2 of them - a migrant's commissioner & expanding the role of the inspectorate, went beyond Windrush to benefit ALL migrants. A bad thing in Braverman's eyes!

Vulnerable asylum seekers offered £3K to go to . Some may unwittingly accept, providing a tiny victory to govt. But they know that the Plan is not viable nor a deterrent of any sort, but by the time the country catches up, it won't matter.

Remembering Stephen Lawrence & his family & friends on the 31st anniversary of his murder by racists in SE London. May his legacy be strengthened by the work to combat racism, needed more today, & in the scholarships & good works being done in his memory.

A little quiz for Sunday but regrettably, entry is limited to Londoners.

Without doing a search, can you name your London Assembly Member? A yes or no will also do. There's a bonus point available if you can state one thing they've said or achieved since they were elected.

It may or may not be difficult for Barbados' goverment to confiscate this land which the family have enriched themselves from, but said family ought to do the right thing, as others are doing, & consider putting this £3mil into a pot.

It's your 1st day at Campaign HQ & you're asked to devise an election strategy. Your brief - we've attacked migrants, lawyers, judges, teachers & lecturers, doctors, clergy, the homeless & failed. Who can we target nxt? & you come up with sick people as a real idea!

This incident!

Something feels very wrong about the UK at the moment - both Brexit & dishonest inciteful politicians have created a frightful environment.

Next time you hear someone speaking about racism & their fears, accept that it's real & that we need to deal with it.

This is a gross erasure of how the UK built its wealth. The C of E, Guardian and Lloyds are prominent examples that openly show how our church, media and financial systems are rooted in colonialism and slavery

This is not a matter of conjecture, but fact
