Culture isn't just some cool poster on the wall or a well-written message to the team. Your culture are the behaviors, decisions, and habits the entire group has on a daily basis. Your culture (good or bad) is lived out and demonstrated daily.

Better communication leads to trust which leads to stronger relationships which leads to higher levels of commitment and better execution.

Communication is a competitive advantage.

Some coaches only care about what you can do for them. Great coaches genuinely care about your well-being. They treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve as a human.

I know the install is contracted out but the expectations should be set as to how to repair the yard. It’s uneven, patchy, one spot w/no grass even put back, gravel/rocks. Very disappointed as we spend time and money keeping our yard nice. We expect a timely response.
