Amidst an affordable housing crisis, it’s unconscionable that the real estate lobby wants to drastically alter IAI regulations which would increase rents & displace tenants.
We must uphold our rent stabilization laws & pass a strong, statewide Good Cause Eviction law.

With rapid climate change, we need bold, environmentally just solutions throughout the BQE corridor. The people most impacted must be prominently represented at the table.
