But what about Covid laws?

And what about divisive and hateful politics?

What about enabling a Conservative victory?

The Workers Party offers nothing positive.

Only Labour offers an alternative to four more years of a Conservative PCC failing the people of Bedfordshire,

Speaking to residents in Bedford has been encouraging. There is much support for my Bedfordshire PCC campaign and specifically for my commitment to restore community policing. And there is much support for Mohammad Yasin MP Thanks to our team and to residents for speaking with us.

The threat of a full regional conflict in the Middle East is very real, and would have a devastating impact.

The UK's focus must be on de-escalation, humanitarian relief and accountability to international law. That's why I continue to support the halting of arms sales to Israel

Every elected politician and public official should honour the Nolan Principles for Public Life, be transparent in their decision making and relationships, and always be accountable. They should require the same of those who work with them. That is my pledge as candidate for PCCE

Policies are supposed to be announced in Parliament.

Parliament is sitting this week.

But no, as usual your Govt does what it likes regardless of the rules.

Try governing instead of campaigning for a change? On second thoughts, don’t. Just call an election.

Labour's planning reforms will benefit residents and businesses across Bedfordshire. We need more affordable housing and space for businesses to expand whilst protecting the countryside and green spaces within our towns.

If the government really cared about getting people back to work they would be fixing our crumbling public services and improving access to treatment.

Britain deserves better than this cheap, cynical politics.

One of my missions is to put victims at the heart of the criminal justice system including policing. As Chair of the Bedfordshire Criminal Justice Board I will use the position to drive a cultural shift and improve performance across the system. I will engage victims in this.

We have had similar responses in Beech Hill, Dallow and Shefford today. Residents want and deserve change. They want and deserve effective community policing. They want and deserve to be and to feel safe. They want and deserve a serious PCC who will always be on their side.

I don’t think any comparable government has lost so many seats in a parliament… they had an 80 seat majority!

One of my missions is the prevention of crime and addressing causes of crime. Prevention is always preferable for everyone. We must understand the causes of crime and why people fall into criminal behaviour, and take appropriate action. We must learn from best practice elsewhere.
