Crystal snapshots of our organic cages with tuneable cavity heights controlled by conformation out now in ChemComm doi.org/10.1039/D4CC01….
Great job by Caitlin Shields, Thomas Fellowes and team, and a worthy first corresponding-author paper for Filip Szczypiński 👨🔬🍷!
2024 PhD recruitment ad now up on FindAPhD: tinyurl.com/59ayed5z PhD - Enhanced stipend (£26k tax free) at The Crick and King's Chemistry

Preprint now out with Filip Szczypiński 👨🔬🍷! Amide organic cages have a shallow energy surface where each amide rotation changes the cavity height. At least, so we suspected. The great automation team at Liverpool managed to crystallise all 5 accessible conformers.
