I was so impressed today by the students from across Kentucky studying dance and vocals at KY GSA this summer! As a dad, it makes me really proud that we have opportunities like this for our kids to explore their passions and talents, and I'm proud to support them.

Every summer, KY GSA hosts young artists from all over the commonwealth to help them explore their creativity and find their voice. Today I got to visit and meet so many talented Kentucky kids and the amazing instructors who support them.

Received these heart-felt messages from GSA students thanking the KY Dept of Education for their support of KY GSA and the life-changing experiences it provides students from across the Commonwealth! Excited to spend time with these young artists next week!

Film and photography have the power to inform, inspire, entertain and educate, and with the kids I met studying these areas today at KY GSA, we have a lot to look forward to. I love that this program offers Kentucky's students a chance to build their skills and confidence.
