Yesterday was Commemoration of Armenian Genocide at State House. I joined David Muradian Dave Rogers et al. to read Governor's Proclamation & to introduce Justice Wolohojian as keynote. It is a solemn event and also one that celebrates resiliency and strength of community.

In honor of Earth Week, MassDCR will be holding its annual Park Serve Day tomorrow, 4/20. This year, DCR will hold 63 Park Serve Day events at 35 locations across MA for volunteers to help tend to their favorite park in honor of Earth Day! More -buff.ly/3KXf6UP.

I’m pleased that Malden Public Schools has been awarded $40K Massachusetts K-12 Genocide Education Grant. I was proud to vote for MA's genocide education law & I’m glad that #32Middlesex district will receive state funds to support teaching & learning related to the history of genocide.

This past Monday was the annual Massachusetts Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs's Legislative Reception. It was a pleasure to be joined by Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham and Wakefield and to hear about the critical programming being offered across the #32Middlesex and the entire Commonwealth.

Thursday, I hosted 1st meeting of now-bicameral Blockchain Technology Legislative Caucus, co-chaired with Barry Finegold. We heard from by @wpi Profs Sarkis & Saberi et al. for discussion on supply chain management, government applications, & college students’ interest in space.

Last week, I joined Melrose Chamber & Mayor Jen Grigoraitis for the ribbon cutting of Paper & Clay. In '22 COVID-19 recovery bill, I secured $75K to support #MelroseMA small biz recovery - aiding in the opening of Paper & Clay's pop-up. It has been a joy to see the business grow!
