Hybrid ESD expedites polyp resection but carries the risk of positive margins. Only do resection when you see the snare going under all margins ' ie: snare is not jumping above one of the lesions borders'. Occasionally, you may need to dissect more to ensure margin clearance.

Underwater EMR in the duodenum:
♦ Utilize 10 or 15 mm only
♦ irrigate with water while snare is open to allow grasping the maximum amount of tissue within the snare
♦ To avoid sliding of the snare, place it in the resection bed for stability
♦inspect potential bleeding spots

- use an EGD scope for better maneuverability
- Marking dots should be close to each other
- Start dissection at the anal side of the lesion
