I posted this last year and it’s truer than ever. I’m sure (I hope) people are aware of the history of May 4 and how it ripples out to today, but maybe not. I was a student there more than three decades after the shooting and it was still present. Violence has a long reach.

Nice praise in Foreword Reviews for 'Behind the White House Curtain' by Steve Herman (@W7VOA)—a book I'm helping Kent State U Press share with readers. It's 'a potent reminder of the importance of journalists taking the work seriously and trying to inform the public.'

Sarah Waters Kent State U Press This is fantastic news. Kent State University Press has selected still another fascinating offering to go along with its other Inklings-related titles. Giving premier Lewis-Shakespeare scholar, Dr. Sarah Waters, a contract was a smart move!

I am delighted to announce that I have signed a contract with Kent State U Press for my book on CS Lewis and Shakespeare.

Thank you to all who have persistently asked me (and so encouraged me) “So, how’s that book coming on then?”
