I’ve been lax on the Cider Review front lately, and on the mistelle front – one of my very favourite cider categories – too. So killing two birds with one stone with this Killahora Orchards, aged in a whisky cask. Great things quietly happening with mistelle right around the world.

Beautiful day yesterday for the final press of the season - this year didn’t have the same sugar boost as last year due to our shabby July, but produced some really interesting phenolics throughout. Looking forward to what comes next….over to you wild yeasts! 🍎🍐
