Congratulations to the winners of the 2nd Annual Incubation Academy Pitch Competition!

Open Paths Counseling Center, TEN TOES IN, Defy Ventures secured the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place prizes of $6,000, $4,000, & $3,000 respectively for their outstanding pitches.

The LACTC Fire Camp was transformed from a juvenile detention center to a training camp where participants will receive fire services training, life skills training, and a monthly stipend. Thank you LA County Justice, Care & Opportunities Department Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) & community partners for building this program!

The LA County LA County Justice, Care & Opportunities Department Training Center is uplifting transitional age youth to become the best version of themselves.

We are so looking forward to the future of this program as it propels many more young people into a work force they're excited to be part of.

A glimpse of our first Los Angeles County Training Center (Fire Camp) that is housing 21 participants learning the skill of firefighting as they seek a second chance in life. 🧑‍🚒
