Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority, LASPPPA, has declared her goal for year 2024 is to reduce to the barest minimum the existence of illegal developments for a viable socio- economic environment and for the avoidance of building collaspe in the state.

The Commissioner for Lagos State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr Oluyinka Olumide, has revoked the Planning Permit granted a building at Issac John Street by Oba Dosumu Street, GRA Ikeja, for illegally adding 2 floors to it's ongoing construction.

LASPPPA has sealed properties within Ikeja and Ojokoro district that contravened Lagos State Physical Planning Law. Intending property owners/developers are advised to get approval before commencing any building projects.
