Adrian is working out at Aireborough Leisure Centre. Adrian lost his job as a chef during the pandemic. He is now on the mend with interviews lined up as a chef through help from Workplace Leeds. Adrian had a tough couple of years but is now ready to get his chefs hat back on!!!

Jake is working on his strength and fitness with our health & wellbeing worker. Jake is new to our service and engaging with a lot of enthusiasm. Jake said that the training gives him structure and positive goals to achieve, which helps his mental health. #Health #community

Celebrated Pancake Day at Vale Circles Hub

Celebrating Chinese New Year at Vale Circles with Chinese three course meal with our Service users.

On Monday, six customers from our service took on the challenge of climbing the equivalent height of Big Ben (316ft) in 1 hour. The aim was to raise funds for our Hubs. They smashed the target, climbing 658ft. If you would like to support this, email [email protected]

Vince is working on a variety of cardiovascular and resistance exercises. Vince is always mindful of his health and the benefits yielded. Vince is attending his local gym next Tuesday for an exercise support session with our health and wellbeing worker.
