Key to the work we do, being compassionate, flexible, patient, honest and making the service 'fit' the client, not the client 'fit' the service. Building trust is essential.

Attended inspiring talk: Palliative care for people who are rough sleeping/homeless. St Gemma's Hospice work with Leeds homeless services inc. our team to ensure the person receives all care needed and a dignified passing.
