In April 2022 I was an NHS nurse in a really bad place:

• Experiencing flashbacks
• Feeling unable to cope
• Having nightmares
• Extremely anxious

3 months on, I'm a completely different person.

• I'm kinder
• I have clarity
• I prioritise myself

Here's what I learned:
