Today at #ISA29 , DSCC & Greenpeace International expressed concerns with the ISA arguing against the ability of #OSPAR to take steps under its own mandate to protect species & habitats from #DeepSeaMining within its area. We saw the same issue with the Convention on Migratory Species.
