Was so wonderful to share some of our work on socially isolated LGBT+ people living with dementia and their supporters #AAGConf_2023
Powerful and rich workshop yesterday on models of care for LGBT+ people living with dementia at #AAG_2023 . It was so important to first establish safety amongst participants to talk through some hard stuff - how can we make and talk about useful mistakes. Supported by Institute for Health Transformation
