A big day today as we delivered our first boxing class on Arden Ward, Stepping Hill hospital #Stockport .

We’ve been working on this for 12 months - an aspiration for much longer. Big thanks Matthew Walsh Pennine Care NHS FT for getting behind this and Sport England for the support!

This was at the end of the The Long Distance Walkers Association Three Shires - 23 miles over 4,000 ft elevation on Saturday. Covered in mud but still laughing (or relieved it’s all over 🤣)! An amazing event run by a team of volunteers who made this a day to remember 😊❤️
