Very excited to share our latest study using cryo-ET to investigate actin filaments in #Apicomplexan parasites. This allowed us to learn where do these filaments originate at the cell tip and how they could be managed down the cell body to power motility!

Science friends, has anyone encountered instability or toxicity from NanoLuc-containing plasmids in E. coli?. The troublesome plasmids are not supposed to express NanoLuc in bacteria, but even if they did, there are no intrinsically toxic sequences associated with its ORF.
