Today, Jimmy began work on something he’s been meaning to do for a long time, Signatures Cook book. 👨🏻‍🍳

Later this year, he will be releasing a collection of his favourite recipes from our Signatures Menus past and present for you to be able to recreate in your own home.

Given the restaurant and pub closures we are already seeing it’s genuinely unbelievable that Welsh Government are deliberately choosing to further cripple sector (as well as retail) from April 1.
