In celebration of #BlackHistortyMonth our client Museum of African American History CEO spoke at MA State Senate bust unveiling of abolitionist & statesman Frederick Douglass. The Sen Chamber installation (1st in 125 yrs) is the 1st of an African American to be honored w/a permanent place in the StateHouse.

In recognition of Black History Month, we brought a group of teens from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston to visit and explore the Museum of African American History.
Patriots alumni Tully Banta Cain and jermaine wiggins joined the students on the guided tour.
Museum of African American History It is 1.6-mile walk and ends at the Abiel Smith School and the African Meeting House. You can now go on a virtual Black Heritage Trail Tour and learn more about Boston’s Black diasporic history!

Created by the Museum of African American History, the Boston Black Heritage Trail is a walking tour showcasing historic sites related to the Black community that was strongly present in the Beacon Hill area during the American Civil War era. #BlackHistoryMonth
Prince Hall, a public education lobbyist, established a home school in Beacon Hill for his son after being denied equal access. This evolved into the Abiel Smith School, now housing the Museum of African American History. Hall's influence led to the creation of Prince Hall Freemasonry. #BHM
