Outcomes for IVT alone comparable to endovascular BAO recanalization. In head-to-head comparison in this cohort, the IVT-only approach was more often associated with favorable outcome than EVT+/-IVT.

Congratulations to my 33 co-authors Cleveland Clinic It is a critical trial that will likely make videolaryngoscopy the first-line intubation method. This is one of those rare single articles that will markedly improve patient care.
THANK YOU ALL!

Sandeep_59 Eduardo R Argaiz NephroPOCUS Joel M. Topf, MD FACP Matt Siuba IMCrit Nick Mark MD lasix is not nephrotoxic.

if you give so much lasix that you cause hypovolemia, then *hypovolemia* may be nephrotoxic.

if you give lasix to treat systemic congestion and promote euvolemia, that may improve kidney function.

thanks for attending my Ted talk.

No I don’t. Maybe I’m biased because of my specific field which is inpatient only at large tertiary centers, but every non academic center I interviewed at was nonprofit and PSLF eligible.

Patients with minor completed stroke might have a 1% long term absolute reduction in recurrent bleed-free stroke recurrence if started on and continued for 3 months.

1%

If you are a neurointensivist, stroke neurologist or neurosurgeon who treats bleeds — think of all…
