Everyone at MOLA, including a proud father, would like to congratulate our five most recent fully fledged Architects on successfully completing the Examination in Professional Practice to qualify for admission to the Register of Architects and for RIAI Membership.

Tandy’s Lane, Phase 2, is a Residential Development that MOLA have taken from planning stage to commencement on site for Quintain Developments Ireland Ltd. The development, which falls within the Adamstown SDZ, consists of 193 no. units Construction started in April 2023.

MOLA are delighted to announce that our project, Merrion Road Residential Development, has been shortlisted for the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) Public Choice Award 2023.
