Misleading new The New York Times piece on the protests titled 'What Makes a Protest Antisemitic' alludes to students threatening to 'kill' Jews but neglects to mention that the person who said 'kill the Jews' was a *zionist* protester waving an Israeli flag.

It is really the ideal situation for cops--the universities are behind them, they get to use their special occasion accessories, and they get to live out their authoritarian fantasies on people who they know pose no real danger. It's role play for them, real danger for students.

No one asks how Palestinian students are supposed to 'feel safe' at institutions who invest in and profit off of the murder of their relatives.
