MOTD2 pundits said the clip on Kulu just before their 2nd goal was a pen.. unintentional or not, he didn’t know he was there, it’s a foul.. SOT got one when Sarr tried to clear the ball & player came from behind him, didn’t see him/know he was there, pen given.. why wasn’t this?

Can someone explain to me how Tomiyasu commits 5/6 fouls in the game and no yellow card, but Davies commits 2 fouls on the untouchable one and gets a yellow card..
