This is a statement written by UvA Amsterdam staff condemning the extreme violence exercised by the board on their own students. I've never seen anything like it from a university. A staff walk out has been called for Monday 13th at 11am. Let's make this a NATIONAL walkout

UvA staff and students have called for a strike today and a solidarity demo at 4pm on the campus lawn to express outrage at the university's violence on its own students and staff last night. Please come and show support
