West Dunbartonshire joins Glasgow, Edinburgh, Fife and Argyll and Bute in declaring a #HousingEmergency . An opportunity for new FM, John Swinney, to do the same and put in place a clear plan to build more homes.

Why do the SNP fear the judgment of the Scottish people? We need an election now.
