Visiting Emory Law & delighted to give the 2024 Bederman Lecture and just so glad to see my mentor & friend Martha LA Fineman. Martha was my LLM supervisor Columbia Law School in 1994, welcomed me to the Feminist & Legal Theory family & has given advice and support ever since ❤️

Cass MU School of Law & Criminology using Martha LA Fineman’s vulnerability theory to critically examine the Irish personal injury plaintiff & address inherent gaps in the current liberal orientation to justice 🇮🇪⚖️🤕
