May is Asian American, Native Hawaiian, & Pacific Islanders Month! Last weekend, we were able to kick off the celebrations with the Asian American & Pacific Islanders Commission and highlight the incredible work of the AANHPI community in Massachusetts.

I visited Triton Anchor in Chelmsford, where their anchors are shaping the future of floating wind farms. This is exactly the kind of innovation we want to invest in with the Mass Leads Act.

Great to collaborate with The Dimock Center in Roxbury to discuss the Mass Leads Act’s impact on health equity for #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth . Our new life sciences initiative focuses on proactive health measures and increasing access to our state’s outstanding medical care.

We’re elevating our economy with cutting-edge manufacturing. General Dynamics Mission Systems in Pittsfield is a role model for working with small business suppliers across the state. This National Small Business Week, we’re strategizing the best initiatives for business growth and resilience.

Massachusetts is the innovation state. The cures, technology, discoveries, and advances made here change the world and shape our future. I’m grateful the work the New England Council does to help leverage our strengths on behalf of our region.
