Tonight, the state Connecticut Department of Transportation will hold meetings for the upcoming project on Route 9 slated to remove traffic signals. An open house forum will start at 5 p.m. at Wesleyan University Beckham Hall, followed by a formal presentation at the same location at 7 p.m.
