Are the balconies at the recently launched Barking and Dagenham Council tower blocks on the perimeter of Barking Abbey meant to leak at the corner joints?
They are less than 6 months old and nobody has even moved in yet…
My untrained eye with significant anecdotal balcony safety experience
Hi Barking and Dagenham Council can you ask your staff to respect the parking rules when working for you, just shouldn’t have to remind the local authority to follow its own rules.
This stinks!
The Ministerial Code could not be clearer: “Ministers must ensure that no conflict arises, or could reasonably be perceived to arise, between their public duties and their private interests, financial or otherwise.”
Whose side are you on, Jeremy Hunt?
.Angela Rayner 🌹 The Labour Party COMES OUT FOR LEASEHOLDERS
On the day it’s reported Jeremy Hunt is in ground rents doo-doo and blocking a 2019 Conservatives manifesto commitment, Rayner sticks it to more Tory dither and delay on leasehold reform. #TorySleaze thesun.co.uk/news/27931360/…
Can Barking and Dagenham Council sort the social housing out now?
Huge amounts of stock still available on Airbnb.
Loading up all all the dead plants they’ve done such a good job looking after.
Thanks Barking and Dagenham Council I didn’t want a disposable income or a nice garden anyway.
When Barking and Dagenham Council is your gardener and fleeceholder and charges you £15k for this….
*Checks notes*
Landscaped garden
The noble custodians must have been busy moonlighting as the Avengers on this occasion…
Whenever money can be extracted, the freeholder is there, but when it comes to looking after the building - they’re nowhere to be seen.
Can Rishi Sunak fix this bill and help
🚨Challingsworth House Update🚨
Superb MyLondon article out today about Be First B&D Reside & Barking and Dagenham Council social housing Challingsworth House.
Built just 2 years ago by McLaren, the conditions in the blocks are appalling, with residents feeling like their 2 year old homes
