We are honoured to have been included previously and hope we can continue to count on everyone’s support to make the list again this year!! #HopeStartsHere Howie, Sacks & Henry Canadian Lawyer Magazine
I’m glad to hear you say this. We ( Canadians4LTC ) have been saying this for 3 years now and only now are we hearing this language from the federal gov’t. We don’t need a transition period. The provinces have lagged for far too long! There is nothing novel or surprising here.
Tonight will mean death for people without shelter. We cannot call ourselves a humane or civilized society & do nothing.
Pls follow Andrew Baback Boozary CathyCrowe & amplify. Demand our cities, Doug Ford & Justin Trudeau deal with the housing crisis. And help! In every way possible.
HSH Partner Melissa Miller spoke to CTV News yesterday to discuss her disappointment in the HSO’s recently published long term care standards. Learn more here: hshlawyers.com/media-press/fe…

I got the chance to speak to CTV News today about Paul Calandra ‘s remarks on how the newly released (VOLUNTARY) standards would “water down” what Ontario is doing (ahem…hardly!!!!) Canadians4LTC #nationalstandards #LTC
“Watering down”? REALLY Paul Calandra ?? Why can’t we get the province’s commitment to adhering to national standards and work with the federal gov’t??
No interest in ‘watering down’ LTC standards: Ontario minister | Globalnews.ca globalnews.ca/news/9448750/o…
