This is a simple thing that institutions can do tomorrow to help improve PhD mental health. Don't rely on students paying for travel on their credit cards. It adds unnecessary stress and worry.

It's absolutely horrifying listening to the speeches coming out of this conference. Solidarity with #trans people, with #migrants , with all those who are fighting for a fairer, kinder future. We can't let this intolerance and hatred win.
