Its been a busy week of comings and goings at the workshop, including the arrival of some new (to us) machinery. Expanding our in house machining capabilities.

A new arrival at the workshop today! The Fordson WOT1 crew bus (believed to be the last one remaining) has come down from The Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre for an engine overhaul and full maintenance check to return it to full strength. Lincsaviation

The Bedford has headed of to pastures new. After a full maintenance check, new markings and front tyres. A very nice truck, if I do say so myself!

Brilliant day today with the DorsetIC at Brize! Chris Stuart was a fantastic host at 47 Air Despatch Squadron. Their Dakota flew over the hump in the SWW.
Just think that this aircraft was the mainstay of the air supply force

Its been a day full of brakes, reassembling the brakes on a 1939 Bedford MW. The master cylinder looks somewhat different now.

A day out to Brighton to watch some veteran car come in doing the London to Brighton run.

A change to the line up of vehicles in the workshop today, a Ford model T has joined us, its on going project of improvements. We shall be fitting period shock exhorters to help with the handling! 🏎️💨
