The Swiss unit of Lebanon's Bank Audi breached its obligations to prevent money laundering, Switzerland’s banking regulator said - via Bloomberg Bloomberg Terminal.
The regulator ordered the bank to disgorge $4.3 million in profits and pay a capital surcharge of $21 million.
