You need to create an environment where poor behaviour is less likely to happen.

1. Consistency from staff: have systems that everyone must follow. Ie slanting, counting out books.

2. Consistent classrooms: visualisers for all, desks in rows, not much on walls.

Thought I was a boy mum through and through but she’s floored me 💞🌼

I love my job so being on maternity leave is a big change. I miss the drive of being in school and striving for the best. However, cuddling our last little baby in the middle of the night is something just, well, unbeatable 💫 #thrivingnotsurviving
