I have a carer at the moment because of recent surgery that left me unable to walk. It's minor but debilitating. Without my gorgeous, vv skilled, kind carer, I would be in big trouble. We need carers and they need their loved ones. This policy stinks. #GeneralElectionN0W

Non profits in the US have a class/race problem. It's clear that there are those that believe Black folks shouldn't be allowed to occupy those spaces. Particularly when you understand how it's just a giant money laundering scheme here.

Sophia Moreau It's usually those with money and position that go on to have money and position. It's disappointing about charity execs but totally unsurprising.

That this is unsurprising doesn’t make it right.

Charities should be pushing for equity but instead their own internal structures give away that it’s culturally improbable.

Being a manager isn’t an inherent skill from one class over another, but it’s treated that way.
