This was a brilliant session!

Natalie J Aveyard spoke about building safety, sharing vulnerability and establishing purpose with lots of examples and opportunities to reflect. Even Wayne Norrie FCCT got a mention!

Really great end to the first day of the summer term. Thoroughly enjoyed discussing DanielCoyle’s The Culture Code with leaders The Wells Academy .Great to have the time to think and reflect as a team of colleagues all looking to develop and grow.Love learning!

Wow! We're blown away by the number of students exceeding our expectations in our Easter #ZeroToHero competition!

In comparison to our Christmas competition, over twice the number of students have earned prizes for consistently demonstrating our Learning Habits!
